Serena & Lily is not just about making your home truly beautiful, the brand also aims to help you build a refuge that is truly your own. The brand allows you to customize your own furniture and accessories. It even shells out design advice if you need it.
Serena & Lily ships to all US states and Canada. There are different shipping and delivery processes for the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada. For Canadians, be mindful of the prices as they are in US dollars. Expedited shipping is not available in your country. Small packages will be delivered via FedEx International while large ones will be via White Glove Delivery. For FedEx deliveries, packages are subject to 15% shipping and handling fee and customers also need to take care of brokerage fees, import taxes and duties as assessed by the shipping carrier. Meanwhile, White Glove Delivery is subject to 15% shipping and handling fee as well as a 20% brokerage fee, import taxes and duties.
FedEx International delivers in 10 to 14 days while large packages via White Glove Delivery will take four to six weeks for standard items and eight to 10 weeks for items subject to custom upholstery.
Inspect your items thoroughly and if there are defects, you may refuse the furniture delivery and it will be returned to the local delivery terminal. Contact Serena & Lily Customer Care team at 866 597 2742 or email customercare@serenaandlily.com to resolve the issue.
Most items have an exchange or refund policy. Those that cannot be returned are custom orders, art collection and sale items, among others. Products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days except for beddings, which have a 60-day exchange or return policy. You get refunds through your original payment form based on the price of the merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
