Does Serena and Lily ship to Canada?

Serena and Lily started in 2004. Lily Kanter after she left Microsoft at aged 35 opened the Mill Valley Baby & Kids Company. This where she met her present business partner, Serena Dugan, who went to Lily’s baby and kids store in Northern California in 2002.

Two years later, the now joined a collaborative business venture, Serena and Lily, now a retail blockbuster.

In this note, a lot of people are asking what countries do they ship to? Does Serena and Lily ship to Canada?

To answer that, Serena and Lily only ship to the 50 US states and Canada at this time.

All of their items ship from within the United States. The prices are shown in US dollars. Expedited shipping is not yet available to Canada.

The small packages will be shipped to Canada through FedEx International via Canada Ground and they are subject to a 15% shipping and handling fee. Also, it should be noted that the brokerage fees, import taxes, and duties taxes may be assessed by the shipping carrier and would be the responsibility of the customer.  The items will be at your doorsteps within 10-14 days.

As for the larger packages that include furniture, they will be shipped through White Glove Delivery via the Canada Premium Service and they would be subject to a 15% shipping and handling fee, plus an additional 20% brokerage fee, import taxes and or duties. The carrier will not collect any further or additional fees. You will expect to receive your package from 4-6 weeks for standard items and 8-10 weeks for custom upholstery items.

White Glove Delivery Schedules

In-stock and on-hand items that ship via White Glove Delivery will arrive within approximately 2-4 weeks of order receipt.

Custom upholstery items that are made to order and will arrive within approximately 6-8 weeks of order receipt.

The custom cushions will arrive within approximately 4-6 weeks of order receipt.

The White Glove Delivery will contact you within 1-3 weeks of order receipt to schedule your in-home delivery.

This service will include bringing the item into your room of choice, unpacking and assembling as required, and removing all packaging materials.  While the headboards will be unpacked but will not be attached to existing bed frames.

It would be mandatory for you to inspect your delivery upon its arrival and to provide a signature upon receipt of goods in good condition.
